The design focuses on growth, and the way mentoring connects employees. Expanding tree rings represent the growth facilitated by mentorship. Tree rings are unevenly spaced due to challenges during the tree’s growth, similar to those challenging themselves by mentoring. The large size of the tree rings in this motif signify success. Two different sets of tree rings are shown, one in Teal and one in Green. Like the way mentorship connects people, connection is shown by intersecting the two colors.
Many deliverables were made, including web banners and digital posters. Following the success of the initial kick off of the program, a multiple page guidebook was created as a reference, complete with worksheets to fill out.
