Key Materials for Batteries

If you can believe it, the majority of materials needed to build lithium batteries for things like your cell phone come from places outside the United States. This infographic shows which countries produce the most key materials and the net import reliance of them.

After the infographic was created, the client requested an editable PowerPoint version that could highlight each individual critical material and could be used independently of the full piece. The coordinating slides were built fully in PowerPoint, with all pieces editable.
